The wealth of forest in Styria is the basis of the most famous honey. 
 The color of our forest honey varies from amber to dark reddish brown to light beige tones. 
 The honeydew from deciduous and coniferous trees collected by the bees becomes a precious forest honey - fresh from the glass for you. Its aroma is pleasantly mild, so it is ideal as a sweetener, both for baking and for various drinks. 
 A special feature of forest honey is, in addition to the dark color, above all the mineral richness and the large amount of the bacterium-hostile enzyme glucose oxidase.
